Seller FAQ

Clear answers before you start.

Understand how the review works, what information helps, and how to compare a potential sale before deciding whether to continue.

01

Is SellNearby the buyer?

The default service model is lead generation, not a representation that Routeless LLC is the buyer. Information may be shared with selected buyers, brokers, or service partners who may contact you. The footer disclosure changes if the configured service model changes.

02

Will SellNearby get me the highest offer?

SellNearby works to help sellers pursue the strongest available offer by presenting useful context and surfacing serious interest. No one can guarantee the highest price before market exposure, buyer interest, diligence, financing, and terms are known. Compare price alongside certainty, timing, contingencies, and net proceeds.

03

Do I need to know the value?

No. Value and revenue ranges are optional, and “unknown” is available. Lower values do not produce an automatic form rejection.

04

What should I submit first?

Provide your name, contact information, location, timing, and the short asset-specific context requested. Keep financial statements, leases, tenant files, environmental reports, title records, and identity documents until a verified recipient explains why they are needed.

05

Will my information go to partners?

It may. SellNearby clearly discloses that inquiries can be shared with selected buyers, brokers, or service partners. Before continuing, ask who is contacting you and what role they have.

06

Will I receive texts?

Only if SMS follow-up is enabled and you separately select the optional SMS checkbox. SMS consent is not a condition of submitting an inquiry.

07

How is advertising measured?

Attribution is retained in session storage during the form. A conversion event can fire only after server acceptance, when conversion IDs exist, and when you select optional measurement consent.

08

Does submitting bind me?

No. A submission alone is not a listing, purchase agreement, valuation engagement, agency relationship, or obligation to proceed.
