Information collected

• Contact details such as name, email, and phone
• Asset location and seller-provided business, property, land, tenancy, condition, timing, and financial context
• Consent selections and inquiry history
• Referral and advertising attribution such as UTM parameters, click identifiers, campaign/ad group identifiers, keyword, match type, creative, device, network, source, and landing page
• Technical data used for security and abuse prevention, including a transient hashed request fingerprint and user agent

How information is used

We use information to receive, secure, review, deduplicate, and respond to inquiries; understand asset context; maintain site security; keep records; route internal team alerts; measure advertising when the user permits it; and comply with law.

Submissions are sent over encrypted HTTPS connections to Routeless Platform, which uses access controls, managed infrastructure encryption at rest, and normalized contact matching for duplicate detection. No internet service can promise absolute security.

How information may be shared

SellNearby is configured by default as a lead-generation service. Inquiry information may be shared with selected buyers, brokers, or service partners who may contact you. We may also use infrastructure providers acting for us and disclose information when legally required. Submission does not create agency, representation, or a transaction.

Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for an initial review. Redact tenant, employee, customer, and other third-party personal data from any later documents unless there is a lawful and necessary reason to provide it.

Advertising and consent

URL attribution can be kept in session storage while you complete a multi-step form. A Google Ads conversion event is sent only after the server accepts an inquiry, only when both conversion configuration values exist, and only when you select the optional measurement consent checkbox. SMS consent appears only when SMS follow-up is enabled and is never required or bundled.

Retention and choices

Records are retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, security, legal obligations, and dispute handling. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by using the site contact path. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited records where law permits or requires it.

SellNearby does not describe itself here as selling personal information for money.
